Refunds and cancellations
(a) We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It is the responsibility of the person ordering from us to make sure s/he provides us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may be at an additional cost.
(c) If you are unsatisfied with any product ordered from us, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product, so that we can discuss the problem. You may be entitled to a refund, or to delivery of a replacement product.
(d) Not to worry, the cost of returning the product is at our expense. Any packaged goods must be returned with the original packaging, labels and seals intact. Before returning purchased products please email us at email@example.com. We will notify you once the product has been received and if a refund is approved, we will refund the purchase price in full using the method of payment used to purchase the product. Please allow several days for the refund to appear on your statement.
